BURNED IN A BLIZZARD
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) NEW YORK, 10th April. News from Halifax states that the schooner Commonwealth was burned in iv blizzard. Twelve of tho crew are missing. Tho captain nnd eight men have been picked up.
