SYDNEY, This Day

The Stato Premier, Mr. J. T. Lang, says that the Now South Wales loan just floated in New York is of 25,000,----000 dollars, with a currency of 31 years at 5 per cent. Tho not prieo of the new issue received by the Government is 03.5 per cent., representing an advance of .225 per cent, on tho February lunn. Tho interest cost to tho Government, including redemption in 1958, is approximately £5 Ss Bd, compared with £5 Ss lid for the February issue. The loan will be utilised for public works and services.
