Ghnrlic Punly (Ost 111b) bout Salvino Jamito (9st 111b) on points over ton rounds under the auspices of the Northern Boxinp; Association in -the Town Hall 10-uight. The light was a colourless one ior seven rounds, but in tho last three both fought, Purely surprising the audience by carrying the light to the Filipino. In tho last round l'urdy was too fast and clever for Jamito, who was unable to measure his opponent at any stage.
