Sir Benjamin Fuller will arrivo from I the South to-morrow. Sir Andrew Russell was a passenger by the Maori from the South this morning. Messrs. T. Jordan and J. E. MV. Colwell were yesterday re-elected as representatives of the Education Board on the Waifarapa High School Board of Governors. Deep regret was expressed by the chairman of the Education Board yesterday at the death of Mr. E. L. Palmer, teacher of tho Wharenui School, Marlborough, wh^ was caught by a storm while tramping, and perished on Mount Benmore. A letter of condolence was sent to tho late Mr. Palmer's parents, who arc residents of Seatoun. ■
