ARREST OF SUSPECT

' A sensation was" caused at Strathalbyn, 40 miles from Adelaide, when a terrific explosion wrecked three! offices, me noise of the explosion was heard for miles around. Houses were shaken .and -mdows smashed. No injuries are reported, but there were several' narrow escapes. 'A man, was seen, to place a parcel on the pavement, set fire to part of it,- and walk quickly, away.: He was later arrested. :'■•:■ ;
