"At the Magistrate's Court yesterday Charles Ruddiek, alias Bosserf abonrer aged 42, was charged with havmg broken ana entered th' mimier'a shop of Thelma Adelaide Glover, at 68, Cambridge terrace, and stolen fifteen hats and an overcoat, worth £30. After lengthy evidence had been heard in the course of which it WM stated tha^ the accused had offered to sell his landlady some of the missing hats, Rnddick pleaded not guilty, reserved ins defence, and was committed to the supreme Court for trial. Bail of £200 and one surety of £200 was allowed. ■■. ' / -
