DEBTS TO AMERICA

REQUEST FOR REVISION

(United Press Association.—Copyright.) NEW YOKK, 10th March. One hundred and sixteen members of the Faculty of Princeton University have issued a statement endorsing the Columbia request for a revision of the war debts. The document points out that however well inleutiouod and lenient the terms of settlements thus far effected, they do not meet the situation as it exists, and concludes: "To divorce the financial provisions of loans from the normal situation in which they wero asked for and given is to invest them with an unreal economic abstraction."
