WASHINGTON, 3rd March. Mr. R. Phillips (attacho to tho Department of Commerce) has been designated liaison officer to tho Australian Industrial Mission. Mr. Phillips is now on routo for Vancouver to meet tho delegates. The Department is taking tho greatest interest in tho mission and is making arrangements to facilitate tho work;
