NAPIER, 28th February.' " The fourth Napier wool sale, which od« ened to-night, was quite the best held hen* this season. Competition was very koenj with a big demand from the ContinentJ particularly France and Germany, ■ icr whom the bulk of the wools on the cata.' ljjue were suitable. . .
These wools slipwed an advance, of fronj Id to 2d on the last Napier sales, whil^ well-grown and sound wools advanced %di' Pieces, too, were eagerly sought 'after aft' an improvement of Id to 2d, but only f»..viil" lambs' wool showed, an advance, there beY ing no change in prices for medium and iW ferior lambs' wool. Crutchin^s were uuali tered. .
