CYCLIST DECLINES TO RACE

There was trouble at English Park Stadium on Saturday night because W. Mackie, the cyclist, did not turn out for the second' of three, match races against P. O'Shea, stating that he objected to the chosen pacemakers. After • much booing and a scuffle, Maekie and his father left in a car escorted by two constables.
