Reports of a revolutionary movement to overthrow the Government have been prevalent in the capital following the issuance to the Press of a fiery statement by the Minister of "War, Senor Ibnuoa, demanding from the President, Senor Figueroa, an immediate reorganisation of the Government, 'and severing ties with Moscow. A later message states that the rumours of revolution culminated in the resignation of the Government and an effort of Senor Ibanez to form a Cabinet. >
