(United Presa Association.—Copyright.) (Sydney Sun Cable.)

LONDON, Bth February. The "Daily Mail" states that the Admiralty considers it now safe to reveal the purpose of the two mystery towers, 80 feet • high and costing £1,200,000 each, which were built during the war.
