After a night in the cells, a man named Robert Fulcher, who interrupted proceedings in the Supreme Court yesterday, appeared before Mr. Justice Reed this morning and expressed regret, stating that he ■was excited. Mr. Justice Reed: "It seemed to me that there were a number of friends-of the accused in the gallery, and it struck me that your remark was in the nature of intimidation of the witness under examination." The prisoner denying this, the Judge said: "Apparently you are a friend of the accused and resented the man giving evidence. However, you have been locked up for a night, and I don't think you need be further punished. You are discharged."
