CHRISTCHimCH, This Day. Jhe lire Hoard has decided that a bylaw should be immediately adopted to provide that the superintendent should have authority to order the removal of kerosene, explosives, empty crates, shavings, straw, hay, and other inflammable substances from right-of-ways and yards in the board's district.
