In order to obtain a chock on the number of motor-cars making use of the Day's Bay road, two City Council inspectors spent three hours outside the gates at "Williams Park yesterday afternoon. In the three hours 1540 oars passed them. The tally was taken between 2.45 p.m.jand 5.45 p.m.
