ISLAND BAY CONCERT.

The Quality Theatre, Island ' Bay, was packed last evening, when the Western Committee of the Island Bay Surf Club carnival held an entertainment in aid of the 'Western Queen (Miss Dulcie Howard). The first part of the evening was devoted to musical numbers. The following contributed items:—Violin solo, Miss Reeee; recitation, Miss M. Collins! dance, Miss E. Schon; humorous sketch, Messrs Chandler and' Greenapple; song, Mr. Dellov,-; quick sketches, Mr. Edwards; humorous sketch, Mrs. Bowtell; song, Miss Bowden. The picture "White Slippers" formed the second part of the programme.
