One of. the. most kterestiag recqm-" niendations of the Irish Fre& State Currency Commission is to follow the example of the Australian agricultural bants by the establishment of-an agricultural credits corporation to issue debentures guaranteed by the Govern.merit. _The recommendation is due to the initiative of.-Mr. Campion, ex-man-ager ->; the Commonwealth Bank, who is a member of the '• Commission. The Free State is giving immediate legislative effect to the recommendations.
