It need not be a more difficult or expensive or.lengthy process to ascertain, and keep the public in constant touch with, tlu economic facts of our national peace enterprise 'than it was to ascertain and keep the leaders and rank and file of our •army in touch with the economic facts of their war enterprise. , !
