At the request of the selectors, thS Management Committee of the New Zealand Cricket Association has-agreed to the postponement of the 'selection of the whole team for the English tojjr until 7th February, after the Melbourne Club eleven's first game in New Zeiland. . v .'.
It is understood that the Melbourne" team will play a final with the New Zealand team for England in Wellington, A game with the.Wellington, eleven.' will also be played here, -_>-r-~;' ■'. , —--
