NAPIER, This Day.

An unusual motor accident occurred near Napier this, lhorning, when" a swarm of bees made for a car owned by Mr. Dore, of Wellington, and driven t>y Mis. i>ore. The latter applied the brakes and brought the car to a sudden standstill, when another car was being driven by Miss Searrott close behind. The latter vehicle crashed into the rear of the first car, and both vehicles were severely damaged. A broken -windscreen' in Miss Scarrott's car caused facial injuries. Miss Searrott was taken to'hospital, but her injuries are not serious. Some time after the accident occurred both vehicles were still covered with crawling bees.
