INCREASE IN NUMBER

The monthly -return furnished to the Minister of Internal Affairs (the Hon. 11. F. Bollard) by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles as to the number of motors registered in the Dominion shows that the vehicles are maintaining a steady increase. In November the registrations amounted to 152,573, and at the end of December last that total had grown to 155,325. The roturn is made up as follows:— NORTH ISLAND.
