Mr. Blain, 'chairman of a new company which has erected -a factory at Rickinansworth for the produ on of film, claimed that it was non-inflam-mable and eliminated entirely the danger of cinema film fires. It was usable in any room or hall. Successful tests have been made. The production is entirely British.
