PUBLIC NOTICES. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. TT has come to the notice of my Com- •*- pauy that in spite of my previous warnings certain persons continue to use my Company's bottles for their own purposes. I repeat that these bottles are the Company's property, and are not sold by it. I desire to say that the whole matter has been placed in the hands of the Company's Solicitors, with instructions to take immediate action against anyone using such bottles, and to do so without giving any , further warning. I should also like to point out to ■ those of our . Customers who bottle our beer that they are not entitled to use our bottles for doing so. Three bottles are solely the property of The Tui Brewery Limited, and are not sold to anyone when the beer is delivered in them by the Company. I have'employed a man whose duty it is to see that these provisions are carried out, and to give information to me when any breach of these conditions comes under his notice so that I may prosecute offenders.
