PUBLIC NOTICES. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. TT haa come to the notice of my Comr- pany that in spite of my previous warnings certain persons continue to use my Company's bottles for their own purposes. I repeat that these bottles are the Company's property, and are not sold by it. I desire to say that the whole matter hns been placed in the hands of the Company's Solicitors, with instructions to take immediate action against anyone using such bottles, and to do so without giving any further warning. I should also like to point out to those of our Customers who bottle our beer that they are not entitled to use our bottles for doing so. These bottles are solely the property of The Tui Brewery Limited, and are not sold to anyone when the beer is delivered in them by the Company. I have employed a man whose duty it is to see that these provisions are carried out, and to give information to me when any breach of these conditions comes under his notice, so that I may prosecute offenders. A plentiful supply of fresh pasteurised Cream will be available on rounds throughout the holiday season at the following prices:— %-pints, 8d; %-pints. Is 3d; pint*, 2s 6d, per lot. BOTTLES EXTRA. i-pints, 3d; 4pints, 4d; pints, 5d each. Payment for cream may be made either by coupon or cash. If bottles not left out or coupon presented, quantity of cream required should be stated on written order to roundsmen. SHOP HOURS. On 2oth, 26th,. and 27th December the Department's Dixon street Shop will be open only from 8 a.m. to noon. CLOSING OF PUBLIO OFFICES. The Offices of the Department will be closed on 25th, 27th, and 28th December. ORDERS AND COMPLAINTS OFFICE.
