When somo condemned teroki' were being shipped aboard a trawler ■ n Wednesday near the Western. Wharf for the purpose of dumping at sea, a few of tho fish dropped OTer the side and immediately there was a swirl of water as a school of sharks made its appearanca. The pests kept in the vicinity yesterday, when a heavy heaving line with a hapuka hook was set by the members of the staff of Sandford, Ltd. In tho afternoon a shark was hooked, played, and landed. It was Oft Cm in length with girth of 3ft Gin, and turned the scale at 3001b. Two others were hooked but broke away_.
