MINISTER VISITS THE SCENE.

The Minister of Minus (the Hon. G. J. Anderson) returned to-day from the West Coast, where, amongst *bther official duties, he paid a visit to the scene of the Dobson mine disaster. Mr. Anderson informed a "Post" reporter that.it would take some considerable time for the mine to be "dewatered, "'and before inspections were carried out to ascertain the cause of the explosion and to recover the bodies of the entombed miners. The Minister stated that as soon as possible a full inquiry would be held concerning the tragedy, and every effort would be made to learn the cause of the disaster.
