Herbert Henry Baker, a single man, agod 42 years, who was employed at the Fairfield freezing works, died on his way to the hospital as the result of injuries received in a collision while cycling with a car driven Toy Charles C. Judge, a fruiterer, of Ashburton. The' accident took place on'the 3?airfleld load about .midnight. The relatives of the deceased live in Melbourne. _ ; Baker was married, witlbi two childten, aad was an engineer at Fairfield.!
