The "Daily Chronicle V.Genera correspondent states that Dr. Strefemana is going on holiday to the Italia* lakes. He suffers from heart and kidney trouble. The German Cabinet insists that he shall alwayi be accompanied by a physician, whose chief anxiety is the number of cigars the
patient smokes from morning until
