I repeat that these bottles are the Company's property, and are not sold by it. I desire to say that tha whole matter has been placed in. "thei hands of the Company's Solicitors, with instructions to take immediate action against anyone using such bottles, and to do so without giving any further warning. I should also like to pointo out to those of .our Customers who bottle our beer that they are not en* titled to use our bottles for doing so. These' bottles are solely the property of Th« Tui Brewery Limited, and are not sold to anyone when the beer is delivered in them by the Company. I have employed a man whose duty.it is to see that these provisions are carried out, and to givw information to me when any breach, of these conditions comes under his notice* so that I may prosecute offenders.
