' "Although this man has been cosw victed for a similar offence previously there are degrees in every case, and ag he has been sick recently, this would probably account for him becoming af£ fected by having a few drinks," said Mr. P. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Policy Court, in convicting William Pine Knight (s_) on a charge of being found in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor-car in Broadway, Newmarket.
