BILL TO MAKE IT ILLEGAL.

Cabinet to-day will consider the final draft of a Bill dealing with trade unions. It is expected that a general strike will be made illegal, a political levy will be made more a matter of option, picketing will exclude house-to-house visits and mass picketing.
