EMPRESS THEATRE
Popular Bebe Daniels plays the leading role in "The Palm Beach Girl," screening again this evening at the Empress Theatre. She has a decidedly likeable vis-a-vis in Lawrence Gi'ay, a new juvenile lead, who has all the attributes of money and good looks to fit him into the role of hero. Entirely different in theme, and perhaps more interesting as a film production, is "Clash of the Wolves," in which Rin Tin Tin, the.Belgian police dog, again displays wonderful sagacity. Jund Marlowe is the girl and Charles C'onklin the young prospector.' There is a fine supporting programme, with admirably rendered selections by the Empress orchestra. Sir Alan Cobham's homecoming is a feature of the Gazette news.
