Sir, —Is there a law prohibiting the smoking of tobacco in the suburban buses? It is a most unfair thing that non-smokers and little children should be compelled to breathe the fumes from cigarettes and pipes. The air is free to all, and no one has a right to make it unbearable to others.—l am, etc., SUFFERER.
