DE LUXE THEATRE.
Tho plot of "Beverly of (Jraustark," screening each evening this week at the De Luxe Theatre, is of a novel kind, and tells of a bravo girl who donned a male uniform, and persona ted a prince in order to pave her cousin's kingdom from an impostor. The heroine appeals in a dual role during the.screening of the story,, and this leads to many complications which make the story doubly interesting. A splendid cast with beautiful Marion Da vies in the leading role, supported by Antonio Moreno, makes tho story vibrant, with romance. The programme- screened in support of the chief picture is full of varielv. The. coined-.' stars Nerly Edwards in "Who's _\"ext." a laughable story of a barber's shop. The Gazette includes pictures in which General Pershing and Marshal Focli play a prominent part, the Atlantic City beauty parade to select "Miss America," and Mrs. Corson (Mile. Gade) swimming the Channel. In addition, there aro some excellent screen snapshots, and a New Zealand scenic, "Where the Geysers Play," a fine collection of views in and around Rotorua. The De Luxe Orchestra, under the direction of Miss. A. Brycrs, plays the incidental music.
