MR. LLOYD GEORGE'S INTERESTS
CHANGE HANDS.
(Received 23rd November, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 22nd November. A. group, including Mr. Reading, chairman of the Calcutta Merchants' Association, Sir David Yule, the banker, and Sir Thomas Catto, also a banker, has purchased Mr. Lloyd George's controlling interest in United Newspapers, Limited. It is announced that their newspapers, including tho "Daily Chronicle," will follow a policy of progressive Liberalism.
