JAFAR FORMS COALITION CABINET.
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) ■ LONDON, 22nd November, "The Times" Bagdad correspondent reports that Jafar Pasha, despite three opposing parties demanding portfolios, has formed a Coalition Cabinet, with Jafar as Premier and Foreign Minister. Tho Cabinet includes several men of exceptional capacity.
