LEAGUE aUESTIONNAIRE
THE BRITISH REPLY.
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Published in Tho Time*.) (Received 23rd November, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd November. "The Times" says that the British reply to the League of Nations' mandates questionnaire provides an example of common action.
