(Received 23rd November, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The watcrsiders' overtime strike operates at Fremantle, Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Cairns, resulting in the departure of many ships being delayed, or the cargo loft behind. It is generally expected in Sydney that the compulsory conference will lead to a settlement.
