In a stroke competition at Miramar on Saturday the best score among the seniors was that of R. W. Scott, 83-8—75. The best junior was J. M. Griffiths, 92-1&—76. Other scores were:—Max Frost, 83-7 —76; J. H. Brake, 76-1—77; T. G. Roberts, 91----■14—77: H. Turner, 91-18—79. In the final for the club championship, J. H. Drake beat L. D. Hurst. , In the semi-finals for the junior championship, J. Ritchie beat A. Fair, and W. B. Taylor beat J. C. Williamson. In the semi-finals for the Magnus Intermediate Cup. A- D. Carson beat M. D. Loftus, and T. V. Crease,, beat C. T. Caulton by default.
