LOOTING STUDENTS

ANOTHER CHINESE OUTBREAK.

(Received 22nd November, 2 p.m.) PEKIN, 21st November. The local mission authorities have been informed of a stuiiont outbreak at Nonchowting, in the Hunan province, whero Mr. F. G. Draflin, an Australian missionary, is located. They looted th* chapel, which was badty damaged,

but Mr. Draffin and his wife escaped personal injury. The district is one of the loneliest in the whole of China. The looting is one of many inspired by the approach of General Kuo Ming Chun's army. The position of all foreigners in tho vicinity is precarious.
