WAIRARAPA RACING CLUB
(From Our Own Correspondent.) CARTERTON, This Day. At a meeting of stewards of the Wairarapa Racing Club, the treasurer reported l^ceipts for the month £197. Accounts totalling £367 4s 6d were passed for payment. It was decided to engage the Carterton Band for the New Year Meeting. One resignation was received. The catering committee was given control of distribution of stewards' luncheon tickets. Dr. M. R. Price was elected a member, and honorary surgeon of the club.
