LONDON, IStli November. Wheat.—Cargoes are steadier, on the less favourable coal outlook and pessimistic Argentine weather news, and despite lower American reports and increased Australian estimates. Parcels are quiet, but occasionally higher. Liverpool futures: Decomber, Us 4V4d; March, 103 6>/td. Spot trade is quiet, tending In buyers' favour. Flour is dull of sale. Oats and beans are quiet and peas are steady.
