A message from Louisville (Kentucky) states that because of a serious turn in the condition of King Ferdinand, Queen Maria has decided to abandon her tour at Detroit on Saturday and sail from New York on 24th November. Princess Illcana, who was concerned in a motor accident, rejoined the train at Indianapolis. (Received 19th November, 12.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, 18th November. Queen Mario has announced that she will proceed direct to New York to-day and sail by the first available steamer.
