DUNEDIN EXHIBITION
WINDING UP THE COMPANY. (By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") DUNEDIN, This Day. As the Supreme Court has fixed 31st December as the last day for the sending in of accounts to the Exhibition Company, the liquidators cannot produce the final financial statement till early in the new year. The. only item of importance will be the payment for the art gallery, and that was practically fixed up by the City Council this week. It is probable that the final meeting of shareholders to receive the liquidator's accounts and wind up the company will be called for some day in the first fortnight of January. Warrants for the second and last dividend will be issued before that date. From present annearances it seems likely that the estimate made by one of the directors months ago will be realised in the dividend, and that it will bring the total return to 16s for every pound of the guarantee.
