JUSTICE, WEALTH, PEACE, AND ORDER OFTEN MISJUDGED, SAYS MUSSOLINI (United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 16th November, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 15th November. Signor Mussolini, in a message to the "Daily Mail," says that Fascism it not yet properly interpreted by everybody. It is often misjudged by superficial criticism, but it is the most complete modern form of Government, because it is deeply rooted in Italy's workers. None were better qualified to understand it than the powerful Commonwealth comprised -by the British Empire, which was founded on work and understanding between the various ranks of the working people. "I repeat," he said, "that Ta&cism stands for justice, wealth, peace, and order."
