HARNESSING THE SUN
NEW SOURCE OF ENERGY MAKE TROPICS MORE HABITABLE. (United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Sydney Sun Cable.) PARIS, 14th November. The scientists MM. Boucheret and Claude have revealed the discovery of methods of harnessing the sun's rays, producing a new and boundless source of energy at trifling cost. They claim that it removes the difficulty of the lack of labour in the French colonies, and will render the Tropics more habitable for Europeans. ■
