Collins has sent a letter to Lord Oxford resigning his position as Chief Liberal Whip because Lord Oxford, who had appointed him, is no. longer leader of the Liberal Party. Sir Godfrey Collins has sent a copy of the letter to Mr. Lloyd Geofge.
