Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having received the following cablegram from their London house under date of 4th "Lamb.—New Zealand prime crossbred lamb, Canterbury, heavy, Bd, light 10 Kd; North Island, heavy 7%d, light 9^d; market weaker; demand poor. "Mutton.—New Zealand prime crossbred mutton, Canterbury, heavy 5%d, light 6%d; North Island, heavy 5%d, light fid; market weak; demand limited. "Beef.—New Zealand prime ox beef, hinds sd, fores 4d; market quiet; demand fair. "Australian Frozen Meat. —New season's quotations: Good average quality crossbred lamb, light lOd, heavy not quoted; market firm; demand fair."
