(United Press Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, 3rd November. Three thousand monocled students attended the installation pf Sir Austen Chamberlain ac Lord Bector of Glasgow University. Hogging was restricted to the scientific manipulation of the monocle, in which even scar-let-gowned young women in the front seats joined zealously. The only uproar was when Sir-.Austen removeC his monocle, the students holding up the proceedings until it was replaced.
