(United Pre3s Association.—Copyright.) (Received 4th November, noon.) CAPETOWN, 3rd November. A Native Conference, representing all the provinces, has boon convened by the Government; and is sitting in Pretoria to consider the Premier's Native Bills, which were explained by Mr. Tilman Boos, Acting-Premier. Tho strongest opposition was expressed to the Franchise Bills. Speakers stated that tho Government evidently, desired not so much to give tho natives representation as to take away the Capo native franchise. They also strongly objected to tho Government's demand that all Bills should bo passed as a whole. Ultimately the conference passed a resolution by a large majority condemning tho abolition of the Cape native franchise and rejecting in toto the Native Representation Bill.
